Paul Buckingham

Managing Director and Executive Producer

Widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s most experienced and perceptive producers of business education material, Paul has been creating innovative and effective audio and video programs for sale, promotion and training purposes since founding Class One Productions in 1990.

With a 30 year background as a radio producer and producer of audio and video material and a degree in Media Communications from the University of Technology in Sydney he leads the Class One team to meet your brief - in a way that captures and inspires the target audience.

His involvement in each project is hands on as he combines a real interest and understanding of leading edge business culture with an innate skill to draw and interpret the best from inexperienced subjects.

Dan Burchmore

Production Manager

You’ll not only enjoy the benefit of Dan’s wide range of production expertise, technical skills and experience, but discover he is always willing to go the extra mile to make your product stand out from the crowd.

Dan’s portfolio includes two years as a member of the production team on the world famous Capital Radio London.  There he was the primary station image producer for both station and breakfast content and won the 1998 New York festival Gold Award for Station Branding.  He has also worked on many prize winning radio and television commercials. He was production manager with Nova 969 Sydney, involved in the conception and creation of Radio Nova’s ground breaking audio brand and heading up a team of three producers. More recently he has been producing for ABC-FM and JJJ.

Wayne Dickson

Online Video Editor and Designer

A passionate and enthusiastic operator, Wayne is constantly across current advertising trends to provide clients with a fresh vibrant execution of their brief. His TV experience covers corporate promotions, documentaries, interactive television, directing live to air shows, news and current affairs, sports, series work and children’s programming.

Wayne has over 15 years international experience in television, broadcast and post production, and brings to us the ability to creatively approach and complete a wide range of projects to strict deadlines.

Wendy Buckingham

Director, Creative Writer, Interviewer

As co-founder of Class One, as well as being involved in the strategic development of the overall operations of our business Wendy is an experienced and imaginative interviewer and writer and a wiz at creating website content that invites, engages and relates to the site visitor.

She brings to Class One a 30-year background in the Australian media as a feature writer and section editor for major newspapers and magazines, and occasional broadcasting with her own talk show. 

Wendy also has l0 years experience as a professionally trained coach, and uses her questioning skills to draw the very best from her interview subjects.  She is the author of the Ready Set Goal series of goal planning and lifeskills handbooks including her latest ‘Ready Set Real Estate Goal’.
